Group Visit Request Form

Lourdes University would love to host your group on our beautiful campus! To request a group visit, please complete and submit the form below at least three weeks in advance of your requested visit. Group visit requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis. When we review your request, we will confirm the date with you or (if needed) see if there are other dates you have based on our availability.

Most Group Visits require a total of approx. 2 hours. Here is a typical agenda:

10:00am - 10:15am: Arrival on campus
10:15am - 10:45am: Info session & freebies with an Admissions Counselor
10:45am - 12:00pm: Walking Tour of campus with current Lourdes student(s)
12:00pm - 12:30pm: Optional Lunch*

It is the responsibility of the chaperones to manage group behavior during the visit. Individual group members must remain orderly at all times. Groups should stay together and chaperones should keep up with the group during the tour.

CHAPERONES: Lourdes University requires 1 chaperone per 15 students attending a visit. We request that chaperones please stay with your group at all times. Chaperones are fully responsible for all students in your group while they are on our campus. Are you able to provide the appropriate number of chaperones for your total group size?
