Lourdes Advantage Employee Enrollment Form

Undergraduate Students who are eligible for the Lourdes Advantage tuition discount will receive a 15% tuition only discount.

Graduate Students who are eligible for the Lourdes Advantage tuition discount will receive a 15% tuition only discount. Graduate Students who are alumni and eligible for the Lourdes Advantage tuition discount will receive a 20% tuition only discount. Nurse Anesthesia students are not eligible to receive the Lourdes Advantage discount.
